Equipping Teenage Parents
Two Young Women. One Magazine. One Dream.
Alycia wrote about a dream coming true - opening a home in Wisconsin for teenage mothers. Courtney messaged her immediately upon reading that online article.
Courtney had the same dream! Ever since then they have been headed full force on a journey to help teenage parents from the greater Milwaukee area.
Tirzah Place has a mission to teach teenage parents to end generational cycles of poverty and abuse by training them in life and parenting skills.
We will be working with teenage mothers to do more than provide a home. We will equip them to successfully navigate through life's journey.
Our programs will provide education, career paths and parenting skills. Our hope is that every parent and child leaves, feeling loved and believing that they can accomplish anything.
Alycia has years of expertise working with pregnant women, including family resource centers, pregnancy centers, adoption agencies and a residential home for teenage mothers. Her desire is to see every woman reach their full potential and embrace the beauty of motherhood.
Courtney has a heart for others to know their true worth and find freedom from their past. Courtney has years of experience working with teenagers in both a one on one and group setting. Her goal is to walk alongside each parent as they transition into joy and confidence.

We always appreciate volunteers! Right now we are looking for volunteers with expertise in business and non-profit management. In the near future, we will be looking for carpenters, painters, and mentors for our young parents.
